What we collect

When you submit the interest form we store the details you enter:

• Name and email address
• Phone number and company or store name, if you provide them
• Which plan you are interested in and your message
• Which language you use on the site

Why we process the data

We use the data to contact you about your enquiry and to send information before launch. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. To run the site and send email we use processors: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Supabase (database and sign-in).

How long we keep the data

We keep your enquiry for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or delete your data and to withdraw consent. Email us at info@ebutiq.se and we will help. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
